There is a security threat that we want to make sure you are aware of.  Several Fake Antivirus program are being installed through a Trojan Fake Alert that mimics Microsoft Security Essentials Alert. Thinkpoint is not a legitimate antivirus program but is itself, a spyware (program).

If you see an alert like this or similar on your screen DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHING.  Call PC Miracles (248-620-2201) and let us handle the issue for you.

If you are a current PC Miracles Effort Free IT customer we have already put additional security steps in place to protect you from this threat.  But it is critical you still call us if you see the Microsoft Security Essentials Alert.

If you get infected you will see one of these programs run on your system, which means your system is infected.  Here are a few examples of what the screens look like.
